CARPET CLEANING
All our vans carry powerful truck mounted cleaning equipment. We only use 100% water to clean your carpets so there is no soapy residue left behind. That can leave your carpet feeling stiff and actually attracts dirt back in the carpet faster. After cleaning your carpet with hot steam, any spots or stains that are still visible will be sprayed with solutions to remove them. Spot or stain removal is no additional charge to our customers. We do, however, charge for red stain removal with the permission of the customer. Red stain removal requires different solutions and equipment therefore requiring extra time by our employees to remove the red stain. All carpet is raked after it is cleaned. This is offered at no additional charge and the carpet a freshly cleaned look!
We do carpet repairs as well. Carpet repairs include stretching, patching, new transition moldings and cookie-cutter style patches. A cooki-cutter patch is when we use a small instrument that looks like a cookie cutter to remove a small damaged area. We then take carpet from an extra scrap or inconspicuous area (like the back of a closet) and fill in the cricle with a better piece of carpet. Depending on wear of carpet, these style patches blend in real well and are reccomended for damage such as small burns, tears, rubbed fibers and bleach spots.
This service is reccomended mostly for our multi housing customers. Dying the carpets to a darker shade of their original color masks any difficult stains and bleach spots. Usually this is done when the carpet has obvious color variations and yet is new or in very good condition. Color cleans can save property owners time and money. They are quick and affordable. We offer upholstery cleaning on most types of furniture. Fabric Protection is also available. We clean most area rugs unless cleaning directions require dry cleaning. If you do not have a place for the rug to be cleaned, we can take the rug, clean it at our office location and then return it to you.
